More of a reggae rock feel to our new album, mixed with dubby psychedelic effects, Allan Goodey is back at the mixing desk spacing out the mix and firing the dub effects off!

The lyrics journey from sending up the political/press narrow view of foreigners in the UK as a problem only rather than the positive, hanging out with friendly aliens and selling your musical soul at the crossroads.

Three bands really influenced the writing of this, The Clash reggae/rock/funk curry by the name of "Sandinista", Sly & Robbie's funkier moments, Larry Levan disco-dubbiness, Can's 1978 dub funk rock "Can" album and Caravan's 1970 very English Psychedelic affair "If I Could Do It All Over Again, I'd Do It All Over You". As a line from our as yet unreleased "Get a move on track" goes "all the records on my shelf, goes in my head and comes out as something else", that's this album!
